A beautifully handmade 1/32 scale replica of the Bizzarrini 5300 GT Corsa, produced in the UK by George Turner Models.

The model recreates the striking Bizzarrini that competed in the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans, one of the most significant endurance races in motorsport history.

Designed by legendary Italian engineer Giotto Bizzarrini, the 5300 GT was developed as a lightweight, high-performance GT combining advanced chassis engineering with American V8 power. Its long, low-slung body concealed a potent 5.3-litre Chevrolet V8, while careful attention to weight distribution and aerodynamics gave the car impressive performance for its era.

At Le Mans in 1966, the Bizzarrini 5300 GT entered with race number 11, driven by Sam Posey and Massimo Natili. The car was part of Bizzarrini's ambitious Le Mans programme, competing alongside the radical new mid-engined P538. Although the 5300 GT did not finish the race, its appearance at Le Mans remains an important part of the marque's brief but fascinating competition history.
